You could use any trombone or euphonium duet books and read down an octave for the tuba. This would probably sound best if the tuba played the second part. It would probably be harder for the euphonium to read up an octave from tuba duets, but it's still doable.

Being able to read music down an octave is a skill most tuba players should learn. It opens up a lot more music (trombone, cello, string bass. etc.)
