I play bass trombone and euphonium (for some Rob Mc Connel charts and the like) in a big band and for bass trombone I use a Getzen with a Greg Black mpc. For euphoium I use a Yamaha 321 with a Schilke 51D. My main euph is a Hirsbrunner, but it's too big and dark to compete with small bore tenors and screeching trumpets. The 321 has a brighter, and maybe, more compact sound.
