That F is actually the third partial.

You play the F 1,3
Maybe the E 1,2,3, or 2,4, whatever you can get to work pitch wise.
The Eb 1 and push all the way in
The D, 1,2, still pushed all the way in (this note isn't usually a problem anymore)
the Db, 2,3 while pushing all the way in (ditto above)
the C could work 1,3.

you may have to the #1 and #3 slides. #2 too if you want to shove in for E and play it 2nd.

after getting sick of doing all that work, you sell the horn and buy one with a better scale. ;^)
