You know, I use two different business cards. One is designed to impress certain folks (local band directors and parents of private students, etc.) THAT card is pretentious. But it is sort of embarassing to give to contarctors. To them I give what I call my Colleague Card which has my name and number, as well as "tuba" printed on it; that's it. I give out way more of these. That pretentious card only goes out once in a rare while.
