I have previously owned a 686 and I liked it very much. I have ocasionally regretted selling it. I was the perfect BBb 4/4 tuba for my playing at the time....and light enough to play while standing. I didn't have a Mike Fink mouthpiece at that time, but I would bet that the MF3 would sound great in combo with the 686.
