Boosey and Hawkes is NOT going under. The music publishing end of the business has been the money maker in recent years, while the instruments end of the business has been bleeding lots of red ink. The instrument-making end of the business was purchased by a group of investors (Rutland Fund Management, Ltd.) and has been renamed The Music Group. They're headquartered in Germany and are headed by two members of Boosey's board.
