I think that Roosevelt University is located in an office building in downtown Chicago near Symphony Hall. I believe that quite a few Chicago Civic Orchestra personnel attend that school on C.C.O. scholarships, mostly studying with Chicago Symphony Orchestra personnel, there. I could, privately, offer you the e-mail address of a parent of an Indiana University graduate that is doing just that. (His son is a C.C.O. member/Roosevelt student, and is a violinist in his mid-20's).
