Can you say, "CAN OF WORMS?" The answer is: it depends! Each players' musclature is SO vastly different, that an absolute amount of time is not advisable or suggestable. The answer is warm up until you're warmed up. Can you play everything you need to play? Do your chops feel "right?" Is your sound open, warm and beautiful? Are you comfortable? If yes, yer ready to go! If not, play some more low notes!

Embouchure - the general thought is to use same chops in all registers, it is the air flow that makes the difference. Up high firmer embouchure, down low, a more relaxed feel is necessary. That in conjunction to proper air flow is what gives us our range.
