I do think (from the little experience that I have on the St. Pete) that the Kalison would be a big step up, but, even as a believer in the horn, if you have the money for a Willson, that is what I would go with. (I'm not sure if you were kidding when you mentioned the Willson). The few Willsons I have played have had big dark sounds and great intonation.
