I believe when you fly with both of them there is a chance you may have to pay oversize on at least one of them and the airlines may even charge you for an extra piece of luggage. If you have a walt johnson case, you really don't need to worry about the horn getting damaged, however, the case may. When Sean flew with his walt johnson case a few years ago, somehow, a hole about the size of a man's fist appeared IN the case. Funny thing is, the airlines *actually* thought they may be able to fix it. When they heard how it was made, Johnson sent Sean a brand new case for free--don't know if the airline paid for it or not.
