I don't know if this will work, but a lot of tenor trombonists (myself included) can get a "fake" Cb by playing in third position with the valve depressed and lipping way down. Don't ask me why it works, but it does (as long as you're not playing a solo). Anyway, the equivalent 1-4 combination on euphonium may work for you. I've never tried it on euphonium because I can get the Cb with all four valves on my Yamaha compensating euphonium.
