Rob (and others),

I am hesitant to type this, but it has to be said.
I "really" encourage JDR to keep his horns
as well, but to do so

"if at all possible outside of screwing your creditors by filing bankruptcy."

NOTHING undermines credibility of a "professional"
more than going back on one's word,
which is what filing bankruptcy is, in effect ("legal" or no.)

Recall the warmth of an agreement sealed with a handshake.

Sadly now-a-days we have extensive contracts and negotiations
and all sorts of hooey which is also probably why we have
creative "legal" things like bankruptcy to weasel out
of contractual aggreements involving finances.

Still, even the "hooey" helps us appreciate
relationships where our handshakes still mean something.

NOW, recall what it is like when you shake hands with someone
whose handshake seems empty, meaningless, or non-committal.

Tubas will always be there if you need one,
keep the integrity of your handshake, so when you extend
it to someone, it'll still mean something.
