I filed after a divorce. The woman wouldn't sign the divorce papers unles I took all her debts as well as mine. So, I agreed to pay for her $15,000 musical instrument, $24,000 loan, her car, my car, and almost $10,000 in credit cards. That equals over $60,000. I couldn't pay rent, let alone groceries or anything else. CCCS is a rip off. They wanted to basically rape me. I filed for bankruptcy and exactly two years later I bought a house and a new car. They are my only debts. I pay cash for everything now except for some minor purchases with low limit credit cards aimed at pumping up my credit rating. Life is normal.
Oh yeah, lay off the guy who wants to sell his horns. Maybe he is done playing or maybe he has another horn or two. Who knows.
