Although the 24AW has a deeper cup, the 18 is a
larger mouthpiece and, in my opinion, a better
choice because of its size and flexibility. You've
received some good advice about going to the Selmer
web site to check out the specs. I have an old Bach
and a Benge 24AW in my collection ... they share the
same dimensions. I hope you find an honest dealer.
