I you find an alto saxophone solo that you like, you can actually read the treble clef saxophone part, pretend like it is a bass clef tuba part, and it will work. You, however, will need to change some sharps to naturals and naturals to flats. The saxophone solos will have a range (for you) of about Eb below the staff to above the staff. (Can you play that high yet?)
