A good way to produce this note, with a little practice, is to just use the tongue as the main vibratory source, as opposed to the lips. Requires a good column of air. This is a technique I saw Roger Bobo describe once in a masterclass, it was amazing as he was a able to hear the pitches this low and adjust the intonation accordingly.
