Actually I just use one of those black Bach pouches and a blue UMI pouch. They protect the mouthpieces extremely well. You can drop them and the mouthpiece will remain undamaged. And they are dirt cheap. A nice fuzzy interior will not protect the mouthpiece if you drop the case. You need something fairly stiff that will absorb the impact.
One thing I did do to the pouches was cut holes in each end to let the mouthpiece air out a little bit. The inside of the my mouthpieces were getting a little gross and I thought a little extra air might help. I have no idea if it really worked but I feel better about it!
