I think I remeber doing a 7th grade experiment where we added vinegar to baking soda. Unless it's supposed to work like Drano Foamer (but now, that WOULD be interesting), I would recommend the Rick Denney way of combining the two (one after the other).
but that foamer would be an interesting way to go about it......^_^
