Hello all,
It looks like I'll be leaving NEC at the semester. Simply, I've been in school for 7 consecutive years, and I'm looking for a change. NEC will only have 1 tuba student after I leave (Anthony Lazzeri), so they will we looking for 1 or 2 more to enroll in January. There WILL be good scholarship money available. Charles Villarrubia is an amazing teacher, incredibly musical player, and a hell of a guy. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Charlie, and I will definitely continue to work with him as long as I continue to live in Boston.
