Euph mouthpiece HELP NEEDED

I have been playing euphonium for many years in a brass band. I started off using a Boosey and Hawkes sovereign and then a short time on a Willson 2950 and now have a Besson Sovereign 967.

All this time I have been using a Dennis Wick 4AL with the occasional go at a 5AL. I found the sound I made on a 5AL was noticably smaller sound than the 4AL.

I am looking for a mouthpiece with the same rim size as the 4AL but something that may aid my range a little or give a richer sound.

I have heard that the Shilke 51 and the Dennis Wick SM4 may be worth a try. Are there any otherworld beaters out there?

I would appreciate any comments from those that have been around for a lot of years and speak from experience.

Thanks
Bob
