If the Bach 22 is in very good shape and happens to say "Mt. Vernon, New York" or particularly if it just says "NEW YORK", you MIGHT be able to put that Bach 22 on ebay, sell it for around $100 to a collector, and buy a used Bach 18 copy (also quite decent) on ebay for your own use for less than $20. That would make that $75 tuba...
