Finished the last lesson in the Rubank Elementary Method yesterday and can play all the melodic material given. When I first started I didn't like it because of it's lack of known melodies to play, but looking back on it now, I think it's a really good method book. I wish there had been a companion CD so I could have heard each exercise played correctly beforehand. Are there method books that have companion CD's?
