Hey.  When I played the Blue Bells of Scotland, there was a tuba solo for it, but at the time it was unpublished.  It was an F tuba version that Dan Perantoni had edited.  You might try him or one of his students.
    When I played it, I just read the euph/trombone part down an 8va.  It works fine.  As far as Wonderland Duets, I found this on the web:
