I'm not sure I agree with your statements about the oval euphonium being synonymous with the tenor tuba. I've never seen the Miraphone Kaiser Bariton myself but I can imagine from looking at the dimensions that it probably qualifies as a true tenor tuba. I am familiar with the Cerveny oval shaped baritone and it is not what I would consider a tenor tuba. In fact, it is small enough that I think it almost qualifies as something closer to an English baritone rather than even being large enough to be a euphonium. In any case, I'm not familiar with any Cerveny product that is of a similar size to the Miraphone Kaiser.
