My F tuba feels like an old pair of shoes...It has been my main instrument since 1983. The Willson CC is totally foreign to me, as I've only played if for about 5 minutes two different times.
I still think the difference in the big fat tuba tuba "umbrella" sound and the normal-sized tuba more "direct" sound makes the difference between how critically many hear intonation.
