Many on this site have recommended hobby store linkages used for model airplanes. I have never used them and can't comment on them. What I do have is the factory supplied minibal linkages on my Cerveny stencil tuba. I believe that Cerveny offers them as standard equipment on their "700" series, red brass, instruments. I am very happy with the action on mine. I have played it just about every day for about 2 years now and they are as smooth and quiet as when I got it. I'm sure that any of the Cerveny dealers listed on this site, such as Dillon Music, could order you a set from Amati/Cerveny.
