The transaction closing within 30 days implies that the product was delivered and received. In most cases the payment will be required before it can even be shipped. Therefore, most want payment within seven days, and they want communication within three days. But this should be worked out between the buyer and the seller within those three days, and the payment should arrive at the agreed time.

Buyers should have the money in hand at the time they bid. This is a legal requirement at auctions. If financing is required (which may be needed for a tuba purchase), then the buyer must work it all out before bidding, including asking permission from the seller to endure any administrative work that may be required by the financier.
