My bother-in-law used to tell me all sorts of "theorys" (he was an econ major at Northern Michigan U.). He used to call himself a "libertarian economist" all the time when he was a sophomore and junior. He now is a dynomometer operator (basically he stands around and watches gauges as a test engine runs) at a OEM auto company. He's non-union, but would give a major body part to be union.
