With rotary valved BBb tubas (since you stated you wanted top-of-the-line), I would recommend that you consider Willson (forget the model #), Hirshbrunner, and Rudy Meinl tubas.
In the "most-bang-for-the-buck" category, consider the Miraphone 191 5V in gold brass.
