I have only found a German website. The link hints, that there are other languages. You will even be able to dig up a page, that has buttons for English versions (Klier also makes German style marching band percussions). But these English buttons lead to German pages.
However, if you klick on Tuba, you will come to a dual language page. It will still need a familiarity with the metric system.
