If you call them and talk to them about it they would give you an honest assesment of how it plays. That was about as low a price as I have seen for a King 2280 in good condition, so I would say that it was worth it if it plays well. They have a 7 day trial period, so make sure to check it out as soon as you get it and just ship it back (you will pay for shipping both ways) if you don't like it. I think that you will probably like it.
Even so, I think that you will have a hard time finding as good a 4 valve euphonium for that kind of price. I hope it works out for you.
