I picked-up my copy at the 1998 ITEC for free. It was just sitting there with a pile of other music waiting for someone to take it. The copyright on the music is Jasemusiikki 1991. It is probably available from Swedish Music Center or the like. Here is the description inside the piece:
The Towers of Bologna for solo tuba is a suite of seven sections and a coda in a free form. The performer should always start with section A and end with section G and coda. The other sections can be played in any order, repeated at will or left unplayed. Between the sections it is allowed to have pauses for entertainment, a cigarette or a cup of coffee, depending on the situation. Thus, the performance can last for a whole evening, and other program numbers may take place during the pauses. The Towers of Bologna was composed after the request of the painter Satu Siimesto for the opening of her exhibition in Kajaani Art Gallery, where tubist Esa Ronimus preiered the piece in 1985.
