Suddenly, a couple of things have popped into my head:
1) Jon Sass' "Meltdown" is THE Jazz Tuba Ensemble piece to date. I think there was a post here recently about where to find it (some German publisher).
2) John Stevens has written some stuff that may be of interest.
3) E-mail me off the board and I may be able to "hook you up" with something.
