A frequent question here is how much a certain instrument is worth. A frequent answer is "whatever you are willing to pay for it." -Correct, but somehow not satisfying. For about a year now I have been saving copies of final ebay tuba sales, with images. I put it all onto a CDR today and could easily make a copy if anybody is interested. There are hundreds of tuba pictures there, including the outlandish 7-valved Kruspe. I did not bother to keep the "new" instruments from India and China, and I kept only a sampling of the junk sousaphones and baritone horns, but just about every other tuba sold in the past year is there with final selling price and photos.
