Well, if you have played several of these, you are entitled to your opinion, it just happens to disagree with mine. I didn't mean to say the 52J is the best choice for a major symphony horn, the original poster was looking for a smaller horn because he already had a 6/4. The 52 has qualities about it that, IMO, make it a better al around horn than a 56. As far as projection goes, I think the 56 projects quite well, and I find the response to be lightning quick in either one. Only the Meinl 2000 is quicker to me.
