Not sure where it would be available. I've used it and it turns your lips white (the stick itself is white and sometimes will do the lipstick effect...). It works okay but normally I just use Blistex Daily Conditioning Treatment (DCT). Works great. A lot of people use it in drum corps (GASP) FWIW. Some even call it drum corps treatment. Does the trick for me too.
