Well, not pretty. It got a pretty bad bell wrinkle on the AT, and a bottom bow crunch, too. End result, he just played a great recital this past Monday--included the Eccles Sonata in G, the Wilhelm, Stevens' Salve Venere Salve Marte, the Sivelov Sonata and Nelson's Metallophonic (both from last spring's ITEC comps) and two others. The damage didn't hurt his ability to play them well and in tune.

Just to show this guy is for real as a player, less than a month after coming off the AT, he won our concerto competition with the Bozza Concertino.

During all of his exploits, he would play for the locals--including during the marathon--he gave like a 15 minute concert in the middle of it for a group of college girls. And still finished the marathon in less than 3 hours........
