Shucks, it's EASY to tune a bass trombone to an A! It doesn't do ANY good for the other notes, or the next time you want to play an A, but it is easy...
You could always use tuning like I've seen some lead players, who tune VERY sharp. Then, everything is out at least a little, and they always have tuning control in the right hand!
