Arnold used a Boosey F for the 1978 VW, he did it sometimes in the 60's on the York.
Rotsaruck finding the Mazer recording, the CSO released many years ago as a premium for donations but they are long gone - The Symphony Store does not have it.

The Media File is 1.8 meg but the fidelity is not as good. If you were not at the Tribute, take a look at the slide show!
