Ditto. I have worked this piece up on CC rotor, F rotor and I currently own an E-flat piston. If my tongue and fingers don't know the notes, none of them work well. You just have to start at a tempo that is good for you and gradually get faster.
If time is of the essence and you have to perform it soon, there is one other solution (here comes the humor section), change the title to "Effie Chases One of Pfizers' Experimental Doped-Up Monkeys" and glissando the entire movement using half-valves and throat noises.
