By the way, you can pick up that Tennstedt/CSO 8th on a Japanese bootleg. However, it'll cost you plenty. If you're seriously interested, contact me privately and I'll provide you with the proper URL to dial into. I'm not even certain that these Japanese bootleg firms will mail out to you, and you may have to have some connections there to go pick it up and mail it out to you, like I one time did. People who saw that performance said that it was simply stupifying.
