This post set off red flags and warning bells for me.
Too often young players are convinced that better equipment is the key to better sound. The poster is clearly in high school and most likely just needs to resolve some technical problems of his own before he needs to start worrying about which horn and which mouthpiece will 'give' him a bigger sound. The best players can still sound big on the smallest, crappiest horns.
That's my 2 cents.
