The answer to your needs for an upright bell that will work on the tall Reynolds BBb, is the bell from a B&S PT-1 BBb. 19" flair and when cut to fit the collar on the bell front you have, you will end up with the approximately 44" tall horn you should have. Plan on $1000 by the time you pay to have a bell shipped over from Germany. IT would be worth it on the resale value if your horn had 4 valves, but with only 3 valves it may not be worth it.
