Art, thank-you for continuing your very interesting and valuable project. It's a really good guide, I believe. Some folks can argue that a locally-sold instrument should sell for more because of the ability of a potential buyer to inspect/play it up close, etc., but I think this factor is just about equally negated by the vast numbers of potential buyers at the ebay venue.
What I'm trying to say is, I believe that your "blue book" is darn close to an accurate appraisal, and thank-you for doing it.
