Sure, I didn't play hardly anything on my F for over 10 years, sold it, and within 2 years decided I really wanted one again. The saga then started, first, a Besson Eb (the ears just couldn't take the Eb as the fundamental) so off it went in trade for a B&S pre-PT10 which was a very good instrument. The B&S I kept for 4 years until the Warren Deck MW45 SLP came on the market. I traded the B&S and much cash for that horn. Great horn. I'm not likely to sell it any time soon!
I'm now playing and enjoying the F just as much as my CC.
Just thought I'd share an opinion with you.
