The YorkMasterBBb project of presenting Danish Christmas Carols has been expanded beyond the original plans for 2003. One reason has been the big interest which the project has met among new and old subscribers.
Instead of the 3 or 4 carols planned there now are 6 carols available for free download at

The original sets of 5 playing scores allowing for quartets of brasses in bass clef concert, F, Bb, and Eb (also allowing for quartets/ensembles of bassoons, celli, clarinets, and saxophones) have been expanded to allow for quartets/ensembles of strings, flutes, and recorders. A ninth score allows for the application of a" continuo" section of organ/keyboard/piano plus guitars.
These nine scores allow for any ensemble size from quartet through full size concert bands and orchestras. A "how-to" text provides ideas on the use of these sets of scores.
The strings, flutes, and recorders suffer key- and range-wise in some of the carols. Hence they have been provides alternative scores for playing as stand alone units. These can be found in an Easy Keys' folder together with "continuo" scores adapted for this very purpose.
If you want to use the so far 70 scores in church, school, or community contexts, then you will have to spent a few minutes reading the information and the instructions. There are 3 .pdf files:
•A preface with an overview over the score types
•The "how-to" text mentioned above here
•Programme notes on the composers and their music (this file will be updated when more carols are added.
My download homepage has a link for the index of all my uploaded music files. You can download them for free when I have received your reply to my "Welcome"-mail (More or less hidden implication: no reply to my Welcome-mail => no approval). Players already approved of course have direct access.
