off waiting for the next Conn 40K to show up on ebay (rough average: 2 per year). Once you've made it into your "Cadillac" helicon, you can rebay the bell to someone who needs it (since the 40K bell fits the Conn "short-action" model 20K sousaphones.
Otherwise, there is occasionally (like RIGHT NOW) a 4-rotor BBb helicon on ebay.
