Definitely. Unless you are trained in vocal vibrato, the jaw is the best way to vibrate without interrupting the wind machine. Make sure either way that your vibrato is an undulation of the pitch UPWARD from the home pitch, and not down. As Russell Gray says, "It sounds too sad!" about downward vibrato!
