I don't think that this wilder piece involves any percussion; I believe it's for tuba and piano. Can you reccomend anything else I could try playing that is similar in style to Vaughan Williams? What about the John Williams? what's that like is it in a romantic/Vaughan Williams style?

Thanks everso much for your help so far. I'll stick to my Eb tuba then.

No this isn't a universaty recital; I'm doing my A levels in England. I don't think they've really thought very much about this musically conected thing. It's ok if you're a violinist or a pianist or something but I'm really struggling as a tuba player.
