Hagerty "Silversmiths' spray polish" (the blue can) is wonderful. It not only cleans, but also has a tarnish preventative in it. One drawback is that as a spray, you need to either set aside lots of time to "floss" your horn, or mask off the areas you don't want to have to rub down (like your valve section). Another is that you need to spray this stuff outside - that is if you want to keep your lungs in good shape. I use this on my BAT - lots of metal to polish!
